-In March, "Window of Philadelphia”led a delegation with Randall Dyke, Senior Vice President of Drexel University, to visit Yangzhou;

-In April, Paul Wright, Deputy Dean of Cabonieri International College in the United States, was arranged to participate in a forum on new ideas for educational development that "smart education has become a general trend, and Chinese and foreign education experts jointly study 'smart'";

-In November, Window of Philadelphia led the Philadelphia Education Delegation of the United States to visit Yangzhou.
