The Window of Philadelphia led the Philadelphia Education Delegation (heads of education departments, principals, etc.) to visit many cities in China and signed strategic cooperation MOUs with many Chinese institutions, including:
-In March, "Window of Philadelphia”led a delegation with Randall Dyke, Senior Vice President of Drexel University, to visit Yangzhou;
-In April, Paul Wright, Deputy Dean of Cabonieri International College in the United States, was arranged to participate in a forum on new ideas for educational development that "smart education has become a general trend, and Chinese and foreign education experts jointly study 'smart'";
-In November, Window of Philadelphia led the Philadelphia Education Delegation of the United States to visit Yangzhou. Zhu Yong, Director of the Yangzhou Foreign Affairs Office, and Jiang Xudong, Deputy Director, met with the delegation. After visiting a number of schools, the two sides discussed the possibility and implementation plan of future cooperation in opening international classes, introducing high-quality American courses, and guiding students to apply for American universities and high schools.
